WOMEN IN MINISTRY LEADERSHIP - Do you want to grow your leadership and influence?

So often leaders are so busy leading their teams that there is no space to invest in their own growth and development, no time to build connections of their own, amplifying their loneliness, intensifying burnout, dampening their passions.

But it doesn’t have to be that way!

I am opening leadership cohorts that provides women leaders in ministry spaces an opportunity for investment and connection with other women in leadership.

In this cohort you will:

  • Uncover how your experiences are part of what makes you a good leader

  • Learn how to cultivate your authentic leadership voice and grow in your influence

  • Get connected with other established women leaders like you

  • Have a dynamic space to process that is both supportive and invigorating

The cohorts run for 3 months - six 75 minute calls with intentional assignments in between. They are intentionally small to create room to build meaningful connection with leaders. So if you’re a leader eager to grow, that wants to build connection, prevent burnout and be the kind of leader you’ve always wanted to be sign up below.

COHORT SESSION TOPICS

1.) Uncover Your Leadership Origin Story

This session asks, “Who were you before anyone told you who you were supposed to be?”, “Where are you now? “

2.) SWOT snapshot

This session explores diagnostic tools to help assess and understand where we are today in our leadership.

3.) Own your Voice

This session takes a deep dive into the idea of Impostor Syndrome in leadership, and how to cultivate your authentic leadership voice.

4.) Body Talk

This session is for the “struggle with the juggle”, when balance is a myth and burnout is oh so real. How to build Rhythms of Rest and Renewal even when you're trying to change the world.

5.) Gather Your People and Build Your Village

This session deals the reality of trying to get a seat at the leadership/decision making table,  what it costs you and how to create a different culture.  And how to cultivate the kind community that keeps you grounded, but still helps you soar.

6.) The Thriving Circle – Final session explores what practices women leaders need to thrive and how to incorporate that personally and organizationally.

I love an opportunity to come along side other leaders - not as an expert, but as someone who helps dig into the expertise within YOU! If you think a cohort like this can empower you in your leadership - please join us!
